My connection has been really slow for about a month now, All the computers in my house are slow and my Xbox / PS3 connection is slow. I have tried wiring the connection but it makes no diffrence. Does anyone know how to speed this up?
Phone your ISP - they may have capped your speed because of excessive downloading...

That will be it mate, they are top draw pricks.
Someone using your exchange is taking the piss and every one else is paying for it.
Tell them you are gonna do a bunk if they dont get it sorted pronto. I am with talktalk mate and they are pretty good and by far the best in my area.
You need a ISP with their hardware in your exchange. Not leaching off of BT's old shit or any other ISP's moody gear.

I've seen it happen a few times where there's more than 1 phone jack in the house - internet speed can be a shitload slower if the router/modem is not plugged directly into the master socket. I.e. if your router is plugged into an extension upstairs.
Change your batteries. It helped at my case!
looking at your IP m8 i can see who your ISP is...if you are on the value you only gey 10gig / month allowance or 60 gig / month on the extra. It certainly sounds like you may have exceeded your limit and you have been capped. If you are out of contract i suggest you start looking at moving to a new ISP that offers higher download limits. BE broadband is the only one that i know offers truly unlimited downloads. I have been with them for 3 years now and average around 300 to 500 gig a month without so much as a hint of being capped.
