Yeah, I tried running it a few times then "saving as" as a few times and the same result. Then tried doing the same on IE8 and Firefox and still it gets to 97%. Looked on the internet for an explaination. Nothing.
Fecking strange.

I be honest, Sky Sports website doesn't work at my laptop at work - which runs on IE 6. Checking the source of the site, it could be that your security programme is preventing downloads of programmes that the site needs to run effectively? and the site heavily relies on Java but I really can't understand why it can't save on your PC.
When you go to the Java website, have you tried, "saving as" and allowing it to run from our hard drive?

Mate - can't think of anything else other than to submit your PC to PC World for a diagnosis?
Yeah, think I'm just gonna go get it checked over before I head back to Uni. Cheers for the help though.

Although it sounds like the Java on your computer is fcuked - test it here:
How do I test whether Java is working on my computer?
If not working or latest version, I recommend uninstalling it and starting from scratch. Uninstall:
How do I uninstall Java on my Windows computer ?
Reinstall:
Java Downloads for All Operating Systems
Hopefully that'll solve the problem of it 'quitting' at %97 (strange!), other than that I'm stumped
Cheers Dave,
HOWEVER . . . .
It seems to have sorted itself out. Tried going on the sites they haven't been working and they all worked fine. Tried installing the new Java and bang . . . it just did it. Everything seems to be working smoother in general for the laptop. Feck knows what that was about.
