It means your download speed is 2.45 mega bytes per second. The issue is not your connection but your PC. Spybot is a good one but has identified none? I would presume then that windows is downloading updates? are you still experiencing problems?

If you are running more than 1 security program then this will definitely slow you down on Vista .

I run malwarebytes only on top of the normal microsoft security , this is more than enough .

Do a manual clean-up once a week . ie run each programme manually .

Anybody having trouble trying to open threads or the last page, like ITK page 32, I get a message saying my IP Address is banned by the adnin

I have sent 3 messages reporting it but no reply despite it being 4 days now.

how did you report it mate?,normally if you report a post the mods get an email,i havnt had seen any for you coming through
