Gave you credit for the second game as it hadn't started yet when you posted.

All I know is if Vernon Davis can score two TDs vs. the Giants, Gronkowski and Hernandez should have no problems matching that.

But I don't see their secondary handling Cruz, Nicks (NC pride) or Manningham. Gonna be a good game.

Side note: wow, I'm feeling even worse for Williams now. He has a twitter and getting death threats and hate. Pretty sad. I don't feel as bad for Cundiff because kickers miss all the time. They might remember him but Evans was the real goat IMO. No, Williams is a position player and muffed two punts, leading to two scores. I feel for him...

Kyle Williams and Billy Cundiff... I've got to feel for those guys. Cundiff is getting cut first thing tomorrow and if you look on the mentions of Kyle Williams' twitter, well my guess is he won't be having too great of a time in San Francisco. Sickening really.

That's what I like and don't like about the play-offs really. Everything you put into the season is decided because some back up to a back up can't tuck the ball. Sigh...
Rough day for Williams, had they not bothered to put a punt returner on the field they would have won. Absolutely crazy

Why not put Crabtree there? He was doing absolutely nothing on offense and he did used to return kicks at Texas Tech.

Harbaugh did well to get them there but some of his decisions in that game were questionable. They completely stopped running the ball for some reason.

Cheers man.. I've always said it was the Pats year , hope I'm right!

Tom Brady = God. (well not last night really )
On the day before Jorge Valdano was going to give 17 year old Raúl his Real Madrid debut,he went to see Raúl and said "I'm thinking of playing you tomorrow, but I'm worried you might be nervous." Raúl replied "Well, If you want to win, play me. If you don't want to win, put someone else in the team." Raúl Gonzalez Blanco <3

Happy the Giants won, but feel so bad for Williams. He probably wont ever get over that, and people are sending him death threats over twitter as if he doesn't feel bad enough. Did like seeing Harbaugh lose, grade A classless prick that man. Anyway, looking forward to seeing Brady on his back again; if there is a defense built to stops that type of offense, its the Giants with their pass rush. Just ask Aaron Rodgers.

      GAWWW!

I've been agonizing with this decision, I think I got the Pats. The teams are much more evenly matched going into the game then last time but I just think Brady and Belichick will be very motivated.

Anyways, my house is usually ground zero for big games. This year I'm trying something different. I'm grilling Salmon and Halibut steaks and of course shrimp on the barby (spicy shrimp skewers). Usually I do ribs, burgers and brats but this year I wanted to be unconventional and everyone coming loves seafood so why the hell not. Of course the traditional sides chips, dips, pretzels etc.

Anyone know what BBC's coverage is like for NFL? I've been banished to the bedroom & I've not got the sports package on this box

Patriots. Said them the year they went 18-1 and the jinx worked.

I f*cking hate them by the way, I like Gronk and Welker but that's it. I will never, ever, ever root for them after what they did to Carolina (only my 5th time saying this)

      Can't help you out there....

Maybe if @HeroesComesandGoes is around he'd know, I'd imagine he's watching the game today.

      @Yidington

If it's anything like Five's coverage years ago, it isn't bad but not... "right" Watching the buildup on Sky Sports myself on the old Xbox, the self confessed biggest sporting event, IN THE WORLD! Not a huge NFL follower, only support the Colts as I drew them from a hat, heard they done awful this year?

Sky just showed some player called Takeo Spike, couldn't help but think of Kaboul or is that only me?

      Picture Arsenal losing RVP.

That's what happened basically, Manning is like their entire team.

Takeo Spikes is scary... As is Kaboom. But seriously, look at that guy's neck. That thing is a weapon.

Ahhh my life, I cannot get my head around the stop start, back to the studio for chat after every play.

Is it second nature for you boys across the pond or do you get a different coverage?
