I've been a Vikings fan since the Purple People Eaters were practically rookies. Cris Carter not in the Hall? #4 all time in receiving yards, #4 in receiving touchdowns (Retired at #2) and #8 all-time in touchdowns (twice the number of 2007 inductee HoF Michael Irvin!) How does that not qualify a guy for the HoF?? Happy for Chris Doleman but seriously, no Carter?? That's just a joke.
Little late to the conversation but I'm a Bears fan and even I can recognize the greatness of Carter. I can't believe he hasn't made it into the hall yet, especially with the press he gets being on ESPN.
